We’ve done some initial work on providing audio description via the Difference Engine – it’s technically more challenging than captioning and we need to be sure we get it right – and we haven’t quite crackeed it yet.

We are currently seeking further funding to continue this development work, and hope to be able to make it widely available in future.  We will post on our social media channels when it is ready to roll out (likely to be late 2024/early 2025 at the earliest). At that point, we will be looking for companies, venues and audience members to help test it – so let us know if you might be up for that through the Contact page.
